The NL Club in New York is proud to celebrate an incredible achievement by one of our most dedicated leaders. Katherine Vos van Liempt has been honored at the Society of Foreign Consuls in New York’s International Women’s Day Celebration, recognizing her outstanding contributions to the Dutch-American community in New York.
A Leader in Cultural Community Building
As the driving force behind the NL Club, Katherine has transformed the organization into a vibrant hub where Dutch expats, professionals, and culture enthusiasts come together to connect, support one another, and celebrate Dutch heritage in the heart of New York City. Katherine’s leadership has fostered a vibrant community by connecting members through (networking) events, celebrating Dutch cultural figures in NYC, and enriching the knowledge on Dutch-American topics, such as history, art, and politics.
Her dedication to strengthening Dutch-American relations through meaningful programs and events has not gone unnoticed. The Society of Foreign Consuls in New York, an esteemed organization representing consulates from around the world, recognized her unwavering commitment to fostering cultural exchange, leadership, and community engagement. This award is a testament to her passion and the impact she has made for members in New York City.
The Power of Community
The NL Club’s mission is to connect members through networking, cultural events, and discussions that celebrate Dutch contributions in the United States.
