In anticipation of the Annual Meeting of the members of the Netherland Club of New York to be held online on Wednesday May 10th, 2023, it is my pleasure to nominate per article 17 of the bylaws the following three members as candidates for the Nominating Committee:

Mr. Evert Vink
and to nominate per article 19 of the bylaws the following three members as candidates for the Audit Committee:
