In today's live webinar we discuss new legislation for a nationality law being developed in the Netherlands. After an earlier webinar on Dual Nationality and the lack of action in this area, the government announced plans for a new legislative proposal targeting reacquisition of Dutch citizenship and automatic loss of Dutch citizenship. They plan to present a draft proposal for public consultation in the first quarter of 2023.
